There are a few who really want to make some changes, for the good and terrible. “The left needs to stop ignoring people’s inner pain and fear. The more you read or listen to what is happening in Washington and around the country, its obvious many changes are taking place. It seems like the divide is taking on a new venue. For years, the United States has had an influx of refugees from Scandinavia, Ireland, Italy and the Baltic states. Today, because of someone’s dress or religion there seems to be a fear of them. We in the pass past shared in some moments where we have disagreed about, BUT we were able to work it out without bad mouthing or taking up arms. “When you look at unbalanced people, how they are—how they respond to the vitriol that comes out of certain mouths, about tearing down the government, the anger, the hatred, the bigotry that goes on in this country is getting to be outrageous”. We must be aware what is happening throughout the world. The New York Times, Saturday 24, 2016 posted an article by Andrew Higgins “Out to inflame EU, Russians stir up Europe’s fringe” It is an alarming as to what Russian President Putin and his operatives are doing in Europe and Scandinavia. Russia has some foot soldiers in various European counties, Moscow funded, as fringe parties, not just to spy, stir up trouble and down play Democracy.
We must be more optimistic in the future of our country, that our leaders will get the message that we are watching every move. We all have different thoughts as to what our Government should be responsibility for. As we have seen in the past years, there have been big blocks for any legislation to pass that would assistance us. Contact your legislator regarding issues that you want changed. Make sure you follow-up on the issue. Join together with friends and raise your voice about issues they care about, your message will make a difference.
