WESTFIELD – This holiday season the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield are proud to partner with The Bon-Ton Stores as part of our Annual Give the Gift of a Great Future campaign.
“We are grateful for the continued support from the Bon-Ton Stores and our partnership which encourages customers to purchase a plush teddy bear and give the gift of a great future,” said Executive Director Bill Parks.
Beginning Friday through Christmas Eve, Bon-Ton shoppers can purchase a teddy bear or make a donation at any Bon-Ton store and online. The adorable, plush teddy bears are dressed up in holiday scarves and retail for $7. Your purchase generates a minimum donation of $2.75 to Boys & Girls Clubs. Customers can donate $3 in exchange for a coupon or discount.
The Bon-Ton Stores have been a supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs for a decade. In past years, the program included the sale of a plush teddy bear and raised approximately $100,000 annually for Boys & Girls Clubs.
Boys & Girls Clubs across the country thank Bon-Ton for supporting the end-of-year campaign.
“As a former Club kid, I know Clubs are safe places where children can grow, learn and develop,” said Alumni Ambassador for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Mario Lopez. “I hope you will join me and your local Bon-Ton store this holiday season by supporting Boys & Girls Clubs in your community and across the nation.”
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield ensures all children, no matter what obstacles they face, are given the tools and encouragement they need to realize and build their dreams into reality.
