Stephen C. Sobczyk, 50, of 179 Joseph Ave., was released on $100 cash bail pending a Dec. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Joey M. Pesce, 30, of 1515 Northampton St., Holyoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation, a subsequent offense, and was sentenced to a 90 day term, with credit for time served awaiting trial, in the house of correction.
Christopher N. Harman, 28, of 929 Shaker Road, was released on $500 cash bail pending a Dec. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Malissa Robert, 18, of 408 East St., Easthampton, was released on $100 cash bail after she was arraigned on two charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 year-of-age or older and a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
