Kelly M. Laplante, 28, of 74 Perry Circle, Chicopee, pleaded guilty to charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by State Police and was fined $500. She was assessed $50.
Kelly M. Gustafson, 29, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of violation of a harassment prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Michael J. Birdsall, 26, of 40 Orange St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Brandon T. Barber, 26, of 4 Spring St., saw charges of possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police not prosecuted after Judge Philip A. Contant allowed a defense motion to suppress evidence.
Barrett R. Wadsworth, 49, of 229 Luce Road, Williamstown, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding.
Victor Morales, 39, of 140 Union St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Megan E. Pianki, 29, of 7 Lakeshore Drive, Southwick, saw a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $100. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
