Ryan Hill, 41, of 16 Robbin Road, Enfield, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police. In a second case also brought by Southwick police, Hill was again released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order.
Paul F. Jones, 47, of 190 Pontoosic Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of uttering a false check brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. In a second case brought by Southwick police, charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration were not prosecuted.
Lauren Braska, 22, of 72 Ridgeway Drive, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $600 and her license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Candido J. Carrasquillo, 25, 168 Elm Street, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Jorge A. Ayala, 25, of 33 Eloise St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by State Police.
