Dorothy A. Taclof, 60, of 285 Blandford Road, Russell, saw a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs and a number plate violation to conceal identification dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Faith M. Farnum, 20, of 77 Burke Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to yield at an intersection.
Justin A. D’Elia, 29, of 175 Mayhill Road, Monson, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of distribution of a Class C substance brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws was not prosecuted.
Adam J. Labarre, 31, of 8 Cycle St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Sarah A. Glynn, 33, of 17 Knollwood Road, Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield brought by Southwick police and was assessed $100. Charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration were not prosecuted.
Michael J. Banach, 45, of 285 Valley View Drive, Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $1,250 in restitution.
John R. Dobozy, 30, of 110 S. Beech Plain Road, Sandisfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by State Police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to signal and a motor vehicle brakes violation. Charges of carrying a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to violate drug laws were not prosecuted.
Joseph T. Crapps, 20, of 689 Union St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class d drug with intent to distribute.
Terrence M. Gorenc, 27, of 86 Bungalow St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license class, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by State Police.
