Viktor S. Ovcharenko, 48, of 50 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Declan M. Coyne, 41, of 417 Root Road, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession, speeding and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Eric H. Larsen, 48, of 101 Fountain St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Craig J. Camerlin, 46, of 334 Woronoco Road, Russell, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to notify the Registry of Motor vehicles of a change of name or address brought by State Police not prosecuted.
