Ricky L. Stephens, 28, of no known address, had all the following charges, brought by Westfield police, dismissed: possession to distribute a Class A drug, subsequent offense, trafficking in cocaine, possession of a Class D drug, subsequent offense and two counts of conspiracy to violate drug law.
James J. McConkey, 23, of 51 Rachael Terrace, received three months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding and was found not responsible for charges of signal/sign/markings violation on a state highway, brought by Westfield police.
Michael J. Consolini, 28, of 135 Owls Nest Lane, Tolland, was fined $100, due by September 25, on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield police.
Benjamin Sanchez, 27, of 24 E. Silver St., had charges of defrauding a restaurant, brought by Westfield police, dismissed at arraignment.
Gregory R. Jordan, 30, of 410 Meadow St., Apt, 5, Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and vandalizing property, brought by State Police Russell.
Pierce Wright, 20, of 21 Lachine St., Chicopee, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $50 and was found not responsible for speeding, brought by Westfield police.
