Kevin J. Lafreniere, 30, of 222 Upper Moss Hill Road, Russell, was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $200 due by November 27, brought by Russell State Police.
Stephen M. Galvin, 49, of 48 Woodside Terrace, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Westfield police.
Andrew D. Keenan, Jr., 29, of 41 S. Loomis Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Southwick police.
