, 23, of 358 Prince John Drive, Becket, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707, received 45-day loss of license and ordered to attend a drug/alcohol education program after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs were continued without finding, charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, brought by Russell State Police.
Jason W. Rodriguez, 30, of 13 King St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Jacquet L. Wilson, 47, of 128 Elm St., Apt. 1, was held on $50,000 cash surety pending a September 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of rape, brought by Westfield police.
Jayson A. Tavernier, 32, of 28 Olive St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of trespass, marked lanes violation, leaving the scene of property damage and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Robert J. Giroux, 51, of 34 Ridgeway Ave., was held in lieu of $1,000 cash surety pending a September 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery and malicious destruction of property under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Eric E. Guerrin, 28, of 620 North St., Dalton, was held in lieu of $500 cash surety pending a September 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting over $100 by asportation and trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Dagan R. Steward, 31, of 47 Broad St., Apt. 16, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 18 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Daniel R. Bradley, 27, of 200 Southwick Road, Apt. 23, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
Laura A. Hall, 39, of 6 Kellogg St., was found not responsible for charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and not having an inspection sticker, charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licensed are to be dismissed upon payment of $100 and had charges of motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
