Jennifer L. Chase, 31, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and was sentenced to a 127-day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. She was assessed $90. In an earlier case also brought by Westfield police, Chase, then of 3 Bates Road, pleaded guilty to charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme and larceny of property valued more than $250 and was again sentenced to a 127-day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year.
John A. Luppi, 35, of 3 Shepard St., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Tanya Y. Jackson, 43, of 69 Dunmoreland St., Springfield, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Feb. 11 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Luke H. Hardy, 52, of 42 Arnold St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Hardy was again released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of wanton destruction of property valued more than $250.
