Alberto Arroyo, 34, of 61 Humbert St., Springfield, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police dismissed upon payment of a probation service fee of $100. He was found to be not responsible for a brakes violation.
Justin L. Perez, 25, of 177 Elm St., Holyoke, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of a fees and assessments totaling $250. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Chris L. Tufts, 49, of 8 Eagle St., Southwick, saw charges of possession of a Class D drug and possession of a Class C drug brought by Westfield police ordered dismissed upon payment of a probation service fee of $200 before Jan. 15.
Derik R. Rivera, 21, of 90 High St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of racing a motor vehicle and a miscellaneous equipment violation brought by Westfield police.
Kristain L. Susenbach, 30, of 138 Harvey St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 23 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Chrystal G. Smart, 43, of 147 Allston Ave., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jeremy Mayo-Carabello, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Griffin T. Fontana, 19, of 38 Riverside Place, Walpole, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was ordered to pay restitution of $500 and a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor was not prosecuted.
