Laura L. Drouin-Bertram, 45, of 45 Otis Tolland Road, Blandford, admitted to sufficient facts of two counts of receiving stolen property over $250, but the case was continued without a finding until December 13, 2013. Drouin-Bertram also admitted to sufficient facts of filing a false crime report, also continued without a finding until December 13, 2013. Fees and fines were issued, as well as a probation warning.
Brad West, 19, of 35 Ridge Field, Enfield, Conn., admitted to sufficient facts of trespassing, resisting arrest, and being a person under the age of 21 in possession of liquor, but the case was continued without a finding until March 14, 2013. Fees, fines, and a probation warning were issued.
Rhiannon Diodati, 17, of 28 Phillip Ave., Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of receiving stolen property under $250 and larceny under $250, but the case was continued without a finding until June 14, 2013. A charge of breaking and entering into a vehicle/boat in the nighttime for a felony was not pursued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
