Jeffrey LaValley, 47, of 18 Spring St., Windsor, Connecticut, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Robert L. Camacho, 29, saw charges of failure to stop or yield and operating motor vehicle after license suspension brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Michael J. Davis, 35, of 14 Exeter St., Easthampton, was found to be responsible for a charge of following too closely and was assessed $20. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Nelson Blanco, 26, of 55 Alsace St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of speeding and not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a child younger than eight-years-old or shorter than 58 inches not restrained in a carseat.
