Adam J. King, 19, of 19 Carpenter St., Westfield, was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle, no inspection/sticker and speeding in violation of special regulation. The charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle had an admission of sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until April 30, 2018, with fees assessed, while charges of no inspection/sticker and speeding in violation of special regulation was found not responsible. All charges brought by Westfield Police.

Benjamin C. Cain, 24, of 12 Monroe St., Apt. F, Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a March 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of using a motor vehicle without authority and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield Police.

David D. Wilson, 32, of 65 Wilmot Street, Springfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding, rate of speed exceeding posted limit, brought by Westfield Police.

Juan A. Oliva, 32, of 180 Leyfred Terr., Springfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after being arraigned on operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and speeding in violation special regulation, brought by Westfield Police.

Justin A. Kruzynski, 27, 139 Ward St., Chicopee, was released on personal recognizance pending a March 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of fail to stop/yield, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended and uninsured motor vehicle, brought by Southwick Police.

Patrick J. Baker, 21, of 24 Walnut St., Gill had a charge of wanton destruction of property admission to sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 30, with fees assessed, while a charge of larceny from a person dismissed nolle prosequi, while a charge of breaking and entering nighttime for felony was dismissed nolle prosequi. Charges brought by Westfield Police.

Sarah M. Phelps, 25, of 71 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was arraigned on and had a charge of larceny under $250 admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 30, with fees assessed, brought by Southwick Police.
