Tiana Delgado, 19, of 42 King St., had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed upon payment of $50.
Shannon Lea, 30, of 7 Carpenter Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and improper use of a credit card over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Alex G. Kellogg, 27, of 5 Sackett St., Apt. 1st, was sentenced to one year in the House of Correction, with credit for time served, after pleading guilty to charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, destruction of property over $250 and violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
David M. Lazarz, 30, of 45 Honey Pot Road, Southwick, received a six month suspended sentence to the House of Correction with one year probation after pleading guilty to possessing a Class A drug, brought by Westfield police and received a concurrent six month suspended sentence to the House of Correction with one year probation after pleading guilty to separate charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Southwick police.
McKinley Quarles, 23, of no known address, was sentenced to six months in the House of Correction, with credit for time served, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation and ordered to attend an anger management program after pleading guilty to violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
