Elizabeth Masso, 46, of 16 Bates St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, brought by Russell State Police, dismissed at arraignment.
Gregory R. Jordan, 30, of 104 McCarthy Road, Granville, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without finding, brought by Russell State Police, to be dismissed upon payment of $300 and had separate charges of a number plate violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Southwick Police, dismissed for plea purposes.
Gustavo A. Bernal, 39, of 330 Bradley St., Lee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 10 hearing after being arraigned on charges of speeding on the Mass Pike and unlicensed operation best online casino of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State Police.
Carlos J. Colon, 20, of 1518 Dwight St., Apt. 3L, Holyoke, was found not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation and had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without finding, brought by Westfield police, to be dismissed upon payment of $150.
Michael A. Blair, 24, of 59 Pochassic St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and motorcycle equipment violation, brought by Westfield police.
Alan W. Day, Jr., 54, of 52 Westfield St., Apt. 1, West Springfield, was held on $1,500 cash bail pending an August 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, larceny of credit card, improper use of credit card over $250 and two counts of improper use of credit card under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Daniel J. Colson, 42, of 9 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 2, received a one year suspended sentence to the House of Correction with probation to July 22, 2016, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation and be subjected to random drug screenings after pleading guilty to felony breaking and entering vehicle/boat daytime, larceny over $250 and possession of a Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
