Kenneth A. Yuko, 22, of 26 Blandford Hill Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Angel L. Ortiz, 17, of 11 Hanover St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, distribution of a Class D drug and two drug violations near a school or park.
Colin J. Godin, 27, of 43 Shepard St., was placed on pretrial probation of six months and ordered to pay restitution of $663.72 after he was arraigned on two charges of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Aimee Mosher, 23, of 12 Kaolin Road, Blandford admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of larceny property valued more than $250 and two charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield and Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for two years. She was assessed $90 and order to pay restitution of $500. An alternate sentence of an 18 month term in the house of correction was stipulated by the court.
Rhiannon Diodati, 17, of 28 Phillip Ave, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250, larceny of property valued less than $250 and breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought in two separate cases by Westfield police
David J. Mitchell, 20, of 285 Elm St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.

Anthony J. Warren, 19, of 23 Jaeger Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Joseph F. Zucco, 39, of 2 Pine St., Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), operating an unregistered motor vehicle and trespassing with a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Ryan Tortorella, 21, of 1529 E. Washington Road, Washington, was held pending an Aug 1 dangerousness hearing after he was arraigned on charges of putting a person in fear while breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, vandalizing property, attempting to commit a crime and trespass brought by Southwick police. Brian W. Nielsen, 39, of 74C Danek Drive, 39, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.
Megan Wiley, 43, of 158 Island St., Keene, N.H., pleaded guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (a second offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. She was fined $750 and assessed $600.
Philip J. Constantino, 39, of 229 Miller St., Ludlow, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending an Aug. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by Westfield police.
Ricardo De La Huerta, 43, of 220 Logan St., Rockford Ill., was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Marie A. Pescitelli, 27, of 48 Fernwood Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after she was arraigned a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Andrew J. Bishop, 22, of 9 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned charges of aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Sandra L. Tracey, 45, of 18 Shore Road, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim when he asserted his marital privilege and refused to testify.
Ryan M. Solek, 30, of 230 Granville Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
