Gary J. Sandman, 62, of 16 Depot St., Apt. 47, Southwick, had charges of trespass continued without finding, brought by Southwick police, dismissed after paying $50.
Alexsander Rafalskiy, 30, of 135 Dickinson Hill Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and mayhem, brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas D. Vann, 25, of 47 Meadow Road, #6, Keene, New Hampshire, was released on $500 cash surety pending a September 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possessing a firearm without an FID card, carrying a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime, brought by Russell State Police.
Albert M. Maimone, 36, of 30 Taylor Ave., Apt. 5, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a motor vehicle lights violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.

Christopher S. Bartlett, 41, of 114 Otis St., Apt. 2, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and assault on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Jermaine Watt, 38, of 16 Jasper St., Springfield, was held without right to bail pending an August 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, shoplifting by asportation, 3rd offense and receiving a stolen motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
