Lisa M. Gomez, 30, of 41 Bloomfield St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 23 hearing after she was arraigned on charges larceny of a credit card and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Scott T. Edleman Jr., 24, of 11 Jacob’s Way, South Hadley, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the victims and was placed on probation for one year after he pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a person older than 60 years-of-age, assault with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $180.
Johnathan Rojko, 25, of 42 Acushnet St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was placed on probation for a year. He was assessed $50.
Carmen N. Vergne, 28, of 13 King Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim when he asserted his marital privilege and refused to testify.
Philip J. McCarthy Jr., 54, of 711 Blandford Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Stephanie Lariviere, 28, of 1 Congress St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 23 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting the theft of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
