, 51, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating an uninsured vehicle, number plate violation to conceal identity, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop for police, brought by Southwick police, and released on his personal recognizance pending an August 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by State Police Russell.
Brandon M. Matulewski, 26, of 31 Tekoa Road, Montgomery, was released in lieu of $1,000 personal surety and ordered to comply with an abuse prevention order pending a July 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by State Police Russell.
Kyle S. Cianfarani, 22, of 358 Prince John Drive, Becket, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and marked lanes violation, brought by State Police Russell.
Joshua C. Thans, 20, of 9 Miller St., received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of leaving the scene of personal injury, amended to leaving the scene of property damage, were dismissed without finding, charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration were dismissed, and he was found not responsible for state highway traffic violation, brought by Westfield police.
Pierce Wright, 20, of 21 Lachine St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Christian Muniz, 31, of 322 Maple Avenue, 3rd Floor, Hartford, Connecticut, received three months probation at arraignment and ordered to pay $305 after charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding on the Mass Pike were continued without finding, brought by State Police Westfield.
Jose Oliveras, 24, of 31 Brown Ave., 1st, Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of racing a motor vehicle by licensed operator and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Robert B. Saunders, 53, of 4 Boyce Road, Southwick, was released on his own recognizance and ordered to stay away from the victim pending an August 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Southwick police.
Robert S. Scott, 20, of 75 Montgomery Road, received one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, ordered to pay restitution of $3,000 (at $250 per month), ordered to complete 80 hours of community service and ordered to write a letter of apology to the victims after charges of vandalizing property, amended to tagging, and felony breaking and entering, amended to misdemeanor breaking and entering, were continued without finding and charges of larceny from a building, brought by State Police Russell, were dismissed.
