Alicia A Hansen, 34, of 117 Miller St., Westfield, received an eight month sentence to House of Corrections after pleading guilty to two charges of larceny over $250, one charge of larceny over $250 by single scheme and one charge of larceny from building, with charges running concurrent, a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise—second offense, also had guilty plea filed with defendant’s consent but no court fees or fines were assessed, originally brought by Westfield Police. Kayla R. Fanion, 26, of 115 Buckingham Ave., West Springfield, received a one year sentence to House of Corrections with credit for time served and six months suspended with probation after pleading guilty to larceny over $250 from someone +60/disabled, brought by Westfield Police.

Spenser A. Ward, 28, of 16 Congamond Road, Southwick, received two years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor—second offense, with a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed nolle prosequi, a charge of marked lanes violation and speeding in violation of special regulation found not responsible, originally brought by Southwick Police, and a charge of leaving the scene of property damage with an admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding for two years, originally brought by Westfield Police. He also had a charge of assault and battery on family/household member dismissed upon a failure to prosecute, originally brought by Southwick Police.
