Mark R. Jachym, 45, of 37 E. Silver St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Agawam police.
Michael C. Bascom, 35, of 5 South Longyard Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Kelvin Correa, 35, of 107 Orchard St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Michelle Hall, 44, of 65 Hubbard St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Julie M. Desharnais, 23, of 12 Franklin St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 29 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police.
Enrique Figueroa-Diaz, 28, of no fixed address in Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to the 27 days which he had served while awaiting trial. Charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and trespass were not prosecuted.
Cierra L. Wheeler, 24, of 179 Abbott Hill Road, Chester, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
