Curtin, 62, of 20 West Glen Dr., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, negligent operation of motor vehicle, leaving scene of property damage and marked lanes violation, brought by Westfield Police.
