Christian Colon, 24, of 42 High St., Chicopee, received two years probation after pleading guilty to charges of possession to distribute class D drug, subsequent offense, and possession of class A drug, subsequent offense. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended and drug violation near park/school were dismissed nolle prosequi. All charges were originally brought by Westfield Police.
Brian T. Coughlin, 53, of 3 Depot Dr., Southwick,, was released on $100 bail and with pretrial conditions pending a June 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and intimidate witness/juror/police/court official, brought by Southwick Police.
Joseph Rodriguez, 35, of 134 Union St., Westfield, was released on $250 bail and with pretrial conditions pending a July 7 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield Police.
Ali A. Zebian, 23, of 49 Woodsong Road, Westfield, had a charge of assault and battery dismissed upon request of Commonwealth, originally brought by Westfield Police.
