Sarah M. Line, 33, of 79 Meadow St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for three charges of reckless endangerment of a child and charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
Keith D. Ashwell, 57, of 33 McKnight St., Springfield, was held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a Dec. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Thomas P. Padden, 42, of 7 Joseph Drive, East Longmeadow, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a two-year term in the house of correction with credit for time served. He was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Christina M. Allen, 33, of 625 Montgomery Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Amy L. Ober. 46, of 27 Orange St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of assault and battery on a person older than 60 years-of-age brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $90 and a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was not prosecuted.
David Sims, 42, of 214 Spear Road, Springfield, was released on $500 cash bail pending a Dec. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Sarah A. Barker, 33, of 519 Pendleton Ave., Chicopee, was placed on pre-trial probation for three months after she was arraigned on a charge assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police.
Roberto Roman, 42, of 303 Maple St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was fined $625, He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
