, 20, of 37 Madaline Lane, Vineyard Haven, was placed on one-year probation, received a 45-day loss of license and fined $707 after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for improper operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University police.
Emilyann D. Roberge, 19, of 33 Claremont St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, negligent operation of motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and speeding, brought by Westfield State University police.
Laurie Rouillard, 53, of 47 Broad St., had charges of distribution of Class B drug and obtaining a drug by fraud, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after being indicted and arraigned in Hampden County Superior Court.
James J. Loughery, Jr., 37, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of improper operation of a motor vehicle, tire tread depth violation, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and not having an inspection sticker, brought by Southwick police.
Adam J. McAvoy, 31, of 44 Basket St., Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Russell State Police.
Juan C. Gonzalez-Lopez, 28, of 22 Irving St., West Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Russell State Police.
Miguel A. Torres, 33, of 58 Sycamore St., Springfield, received a one-year sentence, six months direct with credit for time served, balance suspended with probation to November 20, 2017, after pleading guilty to assault and battery on family/household member and violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Nathan Violette, 22, of 79 Pembroke St., Springfield, had charges of juror failing to attend, brought by Office of Jury Commissioner, dismissed.
Jermaine Watt, 38, of 16 Jasper St., Springfield, received a 60-day sentence to the House of Correction with credit for time served after pleading guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended subsequent offense, shoplifting by asportation 3rd offense and receiving stolen motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
