Jonathan L. Westbrook, 24, of 76 Davis Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, violation of an abuse prevention order and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Paul F. Jones, 46, of 190 Pontoosic Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 16 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle which does not meet Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards brought by Southwick police.
Jonathan J. Leger, 20, of 28 Camp Jahn Road, Southampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90.
Miguel Deleon, 40, of 46 Homestead Ave., West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Kristen N. Hackett, 28, of 69 Court St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 26 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Westfield police.
Michael Valdus, 22, of 4 St. Paul St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding.
Wilfred G. Gendreau, 55, of 1 School St., Chester, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the putative victim.
Charles S. Barbavisi, 26, of 12 Eagle St., Southwick, saw charges of failure to yield at an intersection and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
