David Sims, 43, of 214 Spear Road, Springfield, received six months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment, and had charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Stephen A. Webby, 20, of 2 Lot Phillips Road, Kingston, received six months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of resisting arrest were continued without finding and had charges of receiving stolen property under $250, assault and battery on a police officer and person under 21 possessing liquor, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Riley J. Wagner, 22, of 1554 Franklin St., was held without right to bail pending an October 9 pretrial detention hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, strangulation or suffocation and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
Jacob A. Depalo, 24, of 15 Lincoln St., 2nd Flr, was held on $500 cash surety pending an October 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor amended to second offense, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University police.
Orlando Colon, 66, of 16 Washington St., received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of assault and battery on a family/household member were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
