, 34, 17 Highland Ave., West Springfield, was released on $2,500 personal surety pending a December 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of threat to commit crime and separate charges of criminal harassment, threat to commit crime and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
Levi I. Horton, 33, of 619 Stebbins St., Toledo, Ohio, received six months probation after pleading guilty to peddling without a license, brought by Southwick police.
John S. Bedard, 27, of 1 Western View, Chester, was released on $500 cash pending a December 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by State Police Russell.
Louis K. Dombek, 28, of 49 Jefferson St., A2, was released on his own recognizance pending a November 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
David D. Russo, Jr., 23, of 20 Woronoco Ave., Goffstown, New Hampshire had charges of assault and battery dismissed at the request of the victim, brought by Westfield police.
Steven F. Maynard, 31, of 41 Pochassic St., had charges of felony breaking and entering into a building at nighttime and trespass, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Barry D. Blaisdell, 66, of 2650 Ceanothus Ave. Chico CA, received one year probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation were continued without finding and charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed.
John H. Tersavich, 27, of 33 Norman Terrace, Apt. 117, Agawam, received one year probation and order to pay $50 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to charges of trespass reduced from misdemeanor breaking and entering per a plea agreement, brought by Southwick police.
