Kayla A. Fuller, 23, of 30a Lois St., Lee, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 10 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of vandalize property, brought by Westfield State University Police.

Thomas M. Vella, 58, of 7 Eden Hill Lane, Southwick, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Nov. 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, negligent operation of motor vehicle, operating under influence of liquor, second offense and possess open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, brought by Southwick Police.

Jordan A. Elliott, 26, of 50 Fair St., Chicopee, was arraigned on charges of number plate violation, crosswalk violation and possession of class B drug, brought by State Police Russell. Elliott had charges of number plate violation and crosswalk violation dismissed nolle prosequi, while charge of possession of class B drug had admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with fees assessed until March 9, 2018.

Michael G. Miller, 51, of 51B Main St., Monson, received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation for one year with fees assessed after pleading guilty to a charge of larceny under $250, brought by Southwick Police.

Michael C. Hawkins, 58, of 23 Clinton Ave., Westfield, was held without bail due to it being revoked on a previous charge pending an Oct. 5 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of violate harassment prevention order, brought by Westfield Police.

Amanda Forgey, 35, of 21 Beckwith Ave., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a Nov. 10 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police.

Charles W. Zuzgo, 44, of 141 Main St., Indian Orchard, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a Nov. 10 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield Police.
