Shawn P. Kelly, 26, of 46 Plantation Circle, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Dean G. Drumm, 40, of 381 Main St., Hinsdale, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police.
William E. Thompson, 38. 65 Glenwood Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Jacob A. Lishness, 30, of 9 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Nov. 26 hearings after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Byrnn D. Paquette, 27, of 13 Orchard St., Easthampton, was held without right to bail pending an Oct. 23 hearing when he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Mikhail Dukan, 22, of 42 Mechanic St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 22 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle on the Massachusetts Turnpike without a valid inspection sticker, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Bryan J. Reno, 24, of no fixed address in Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.

Andrew J. Labombard, 26, of 242 Brainard St., South Hadley, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police.
Carl E. Courchesne, 42, of 29 Cottage Ave., Southampton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Edwin W. Tan, 22, of 36 Pine St., West Newton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police.
Robert David Taylor, 50, of 65 Notre Dame St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Taylor submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of violation of a protective order and trespass and those charges were also continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was again assessed $50.
Stephen Bosworth, 19, of 67 Riverfield Road, Taunton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Andrew D. Judd, 43, of 50 Adams St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation.
Krista Marie Hughes, 27, of 22 S. Florida Drive, Agawam, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
