, 20, of 22 Janelle Drive, was released on $100 cash bail for two counts of drug possession class B, one count drug possession class C, one count drug possession with intent to distribute class C and one count drug possession with intent to distribute class D by Southwick police.
Christina Bamford, 23, of 45 Honey Pot Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a July 16 hearing after being charged with assault and battery of a family member by Southwick police.
Kristain L. Susenbach, 31, of 320 Gage St., Bennington, Vermont, had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed after paying a $250 fine and was found not responsible for marked lanes violation by Westfield police.
Eric W. Theroux, 33, of 28 Charbonneau Terrace, Chicopee, was sentenced to six months with credit of time served from March 24, for three counts of larceny over $250 after entering guilty pleas, and will be on probation until August 26, 2016. One count of utter false check from a person over 60/disabled was dropped for plea purposes by Westfield police.
James T. Longey, 46, of 470 N. Westfield St., Feeding Hills, was released on his own recognizance pending a July 17 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering misdemeanor and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Michelle Pizarro, 34, of 37 Nursery St., Springfield, had charges dismissed after she was arraigned for failing to attend jury duty brought by Southwick police.
Joseph J. Mihalski, 29, of 19 Jefferson St., 2nd floor, was released on $500 cash bail pending a July 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
