, 38, of 9 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 1, was released on his own recognizance pending a June 25 hearing for receiving stolen property under $250 brought by Westfield police.
Heather L. Reed, 29, of 30A Main St., Chester, was released on her own recognizance and ordered to pay $300 in restitution after waiving charges of destruction of property brought by Russell State Police. She had charges of not having an inspection sticker dismissed after paying $50, had charges of driving with a suspended license dismissed after paying $50, and had charges of failing to wear a seat belt dismissed brought by Russell State Police.
Danielle M. Slysz, 22, of 60 Laurel Hill Road, Westhampton, was found guilty of larceny from a building and sentenced to 15 days in the Western Mass. Regional Women’s Correctional Center brought by Westfield police.
Luz J. Ortiz, 24, of 59 Mechanic St., was placed on pretrial probation pending a July 9 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Bianca M. Sanchez, 25, of 25 Margerie St., Apt. 2, was placed on pretrial probation pending a July 9 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Stephanie Vega, 25, of 126 Union St., Apt. 0611, was placed on pretrial probation pending a July 9 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Ronald J. Markett, 48 of 171 Elizabeth Ave., had charges of conspiracy to violate drug law brought by Westfield police dismissed.
Francisco L. Juarez, 46, of 322 Dickenson St. Springfield, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed after paying $100 following arraignment and charges dismissed for lights violation brought by Russell State Police.
Zachary Whitehead, 21, of 41 Oleander St., West Springfield, had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed after paying $200 and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and not responsible for not possessing a driver’s license brought by Westfield police.
