Westfield-Marion J. (Osden) Rowe, 94, died Tuesday, February 24th 2015 in Noble Hospital. She was born in Westfield on September 22, 1920 to the late Raymond and Pearl (Howard) Osden. She was a lifelong resident and a 1939 graduate of Westfield High School. She married the late Leonard E. Rowe in 1942. She worked for many years for Kellogg Brush Co. She was an active member of the Civil War Auxiliary. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Westfield. Marion enjoyed riding her John Deere mower, weed whacking and gardening. She leaves her children Judy McClure of Easthampton, Lawrence Rowe, Nancy Rowe and Gary Rowe all of Westfield. 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her children David and Richard Rowe. The funeral for Marion will be held on Saturday, February 28th at 10:30 am from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street Westfield. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be held prior to the service on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am.
