Nancy E. Brunelle

MONTAGUE – Nancy Eva (Sisson) Minelli Brunelle, 91, passed away quietly in her sleep on Sunday August 26, 2012 at her daughter Gloria’s home. Born on May 25, 1921 in Winchester, NH, she was the daughter of John “Jack” and Florence (Byam) Sisson.
She was a graduate of Keene High School, and received a degree in interior designing from Keene State College. Nancy was a very caring and kind person, who helped many along her path of life. She was a very talented seamstress who loved to sew and did very unusual crafts that have seen their way to all parts of the United States and abroad. Her favorite place to visit was Hampton Beach, where she would purchase her sewing and craft items at the Pink Barn. She touched many lives with loving hands and a kind heart, and will be sadly missed as she goes home to be at peace, without pain or sorrow.
Nancy leaves six children; Gloria Platek of Turners Falls, John “Buzz” Minelli of Houston, TX, Patricia “Petri” Burt of Wendell, James “Jack” Minelli of Westfield, Melanie “Mickie” Carter of Westfield and Jeffery “Jeff” of Peabody; eleven grandchildren, Mike, Lisa, John, Jason, Sonny, Cheryl, Danny, John Paul, Joshua, Tracy and Loni; nine great-grandchildren: Cassey, Chandler, Logan, Jenna, Jordan, Daniel Jr, Cheyenne, Desaray, and Natasha; and one great-great grandson, Christian. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.
At Nancy’s request, there will be no formal services. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker Funeral Home, 14 High Street, Greenfield.
