12:55 a.m.: disturbance, 16 Yale St. at 26 Holland Ave., fight among 15 male juveniles and adults, five taken to Baystate Noble Hospital with various injuries, charges pending, incident under investigation;
3:15 a.m.: vandalism, Franklin Avenue School, 22 Franklin Ave., vulgar images spray painted onto windows and onto the back of the building;
11:38 a.m.: vandalism, East Mountain Road, caller reported that her niece’s vehicle had its back window broken out;
1:45 p.m.: breaking & entering motor vehicle, Planet Fitness, 68 Main St., party reported his car was broken into and property was stolen;
3:05 p.m.: accident, 10 Elm St., 2005 Chevy Trailblazer and 2009 Hyundai (towed), no injuries;
4:35 p.m.: vandalism motor vehicle, Meadows Apartments, 101 Meadow St., resident reported various acts of vandalism (keying and a dent) done to his vehicle on April 8 and April 10, wanted report filed;
5:13 p.m.: officer wanted, Garden Avenue, caller reported seeing two people in a parked car “shooting up,” driver left scene, officer located party and issued a city ordinance violation;
6:41 p.m.: vandalism, Montgomery Street, resident reported a house window was damaged by a BB gun;
8:24 p.m.: appliance fire, Lindbergh Boulevard, dual response, patient refused medical transport;
11:53 p.m.: accident, 236 Western Ave., 2008 Pontiac towed after it ran off the road, one patient refused medical transport;
11:59 p.m.: assist other agency, Baystate Noble Hospital, 115 W. Silver St., staff reported finding heroin packets on a patient.
