7:49 a.m.: Accident, Southampton Road. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a 2011 Cadillac Escalade and a tractor trailer. Police reported that no injuries occurred, as well as no airbag deployment, but one tow truck was requested.

8:59 a.m.: Accident, Hillside Road and Valley View Drive. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a 2011 BMW CP 3 Series and a 2005 Chevrolet Impala. Police reported that one person was injured, and they were transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire ambulance and paramedics. One vehicle was also towed from the scene.

11:41 a.m.: Accident, Meadow Street and Main Street. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a 2004 Jaguar SE XJ8 and a 2013 Toyota RAV4. Police reported no injuries, no airbag deployment and no tow trucks needed.

12:45 p.m.: Accident, Southampton Road. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a 1998 Ford Taurus and a 2013 Toyota Highlander. One person was reported injured and was transported to Baystate Noble Hospital via Westfield Fire ambulance and paramedics, but no vehicles were towed.

2:02 p.m.: Accident, Union Avenue. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a 2017 Toyota RAV4 and a 2012 Chrysler SE 200. No injuries were reported, no airbags deployed, and no tow trucks requested.

2:41 p.m.: Accident, Elm Street and Church Street. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a Ford van and a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. The van was transporting several 12 to 14 year-old children according to police. There were initially no injuries and the collision was a rear-end collision. However, five total patients were eventually transported from the location, all being transported by Westfield Fire ambulance and paramedics, and all were transported to Baystate Noble Hospital.

4:08 p.m.: Accident, hit-and-run, East Main Street. Police received a report from a caller who claimed that their vehicle was struck. According to police, the driver was able to get the license plate of the vehicle that allegedly struck the other. Police reported that the driver was eventually cited for the accident.
