1:13 a.m.: Accident, Arnold Street. Police received a report of an assault and a person who was also struck by a vehicle. According to police, two people allegedly assaulted a driver of a vehicle and the vehicle had allegedly then struck a person. One person was transported to Baystate Medical Center via Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel. Two people were charged in the incident, though police say it is under investigation.

11:16 a.m.: Vandalism motor vehicle, Sackett Street. Police received a report of a motor vehicle with a damaged windshield, possible vandalism.

9:14 p.m.: Disturbance, Country Mart Union Street. Police received a report of eight to nine people involved in a disturbance. According to police, a stun gun was allegedly deployed by a person during the disturbance. In addition, two people were injured, with one being transported to Baystate Noble Hospital and the other being transported to Baystate Medical Center. Both were transported by Westfield Fire ambulance and personnel. Police arrested Ryan T. Barber, 20, of Westfield, in relation to the disturbance and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and sell/possess electric stun gun.
