8:07 a.m.: fraud, Sandy Hill Road, a resident came to the station to report a fraud, the responding officer reports that the fraudulent use of a resident’s credit card occurred in another jurisdiction and was noted for information purposes;
9:07 a.m.: city ordinance violation, Pochassic Street, a code enforcement officer reports an illegal political sign was removed from city property, the officer reports he took similar action on Wyben Road, North Road (4), Scenic Road, Old Stage Road, East Mountain Road (2), Ridge Trail Road, Hunter Slope, Eastview Drive, Paper Mill Road, Joseph Avenue, Amy Drive, Grandview Drive, Christopher Drive and Paper Mill Road;
9:30 a.m.: officer wanted, Apremont Way, a caller from a manufacturing concern reports that a employee was reported to be drinking alcohol at work and a company employee inspected company property under the suspect employee’s control and discovered a variety of prescription medications, what appear to be marijuana cigarettes and paraphernalia, the responding officer reports no charges were filed;
2:01 p.m.: assault, Broad Street, a resident came to the station to complain of an assault at her workplace, the responding officer reports the complainant said that she had been pushed by a co-worker and a witness supported her account of the incident, the complainant does not ask for police action but wants the incident documented;
2:58 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, North Elm Street at Arch Road, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle fail to stop for a red light, a written warning was issued, the officer reports he observed a similar infraction at the intersections of Southampton Road and Friendly Way and nine such infractions at the North Elm Street and Notre Dame Street intersection, the officer reports that three civil citations, four monetary citations and three written warnings were issued;
5:20 p.m.: lost property, School Street, a New Jersey resident reported via the online option that his wallet was lost on School Street;
10:12 p.m.: missing person, Elm Street, a caller reports that her grandson did not return from school as scheduled, the caller said that she had checked at a friend’s home without success, the responding officer reports a check of a playground was also unsuccessful, a school resource officer reports the boy was in school on Thursday.
