WESTFIELD: Richard A. “Rick” Schultz, 55, of Westfield died Saturday in Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Westfield on February 28, 1959 the son of Richard and Ann (Zarolinski ) Schultz and was a 1978 graduate of Westfield High School. Rick was the owner of Wesco Manufacturing for several years. He loved to play the guitar, golf and play cards with his best friends. Rick is survived by his companion, Terry Bennett, a son, Brian and his fiancé Heidi Lyn Plant of Richmond, MA, two daughters, Jacquelyn Schultz of Salem, MA and Ashley Emiliano and her husband Paulo of Richmond, MA, his father Richard Schultz, of Westfield and two grandchildren, Alexandria “Lexi” and Alex. Rick was predeceased by his mother Ann in 2013, and his sister, Susan in 1989. A memorial service will be held at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service,76 Broad St., Westfield on Thursday at 5PM. Calling hours will precede the service from 3PM until 5PM.Burial at Pine Hill Cemetery will be private.
