WHS blanks Holyoke

WESTFIELD – The Westfield High School boys’ tennis posted a 5-0 shutout of Holyoke Tuesday at home to remain unbeaten at 6-0.
Jacob Barbieri and Chris Unger each won at first and second singles respectively, 6-0, 6-0, and Tristin Viale won by default.
Westfield’s Alec Best and Casey McKenzie won a tough match at first doubles, defeating Omar Sanchez and Corey Edwards, 6-2, 7-5. Second doubles pair, Trent Cromack and Pavel Slizak won 6-3, 6-2.
