WESTFIELD – On Saturday, 15 members of the Westfield Police Cadets and their advisors, Officer Chris Coach, Detective Rick Mazza, and Aux. Officer John Kelly, held their first Westfield Cadet Toy Drive at the Westfield Walmart.
The overwhelming generosity of Westfield area residents filled 3 police cars with toys. All the toys collected will be distributed amongst various local agencies for Westfield children.
Several hundred dollars was also donated that was used to purchased diapers, baby wipes, and additional toys. This event showed the true meaning of giving and community. (Photos by Don Weilgus)
