Manolie G. Underwood, 20, of 8 Pierce St., Greenfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Devin C. Djerf, 21, of 457 Adams St., Quincy, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield State University police.
Jordan P. Knight, 23, of 12 Skipper Lane, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Nicholas P. Roy, 23, of 109 Parker St., Indian Orchard, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, with credit for time served awaiting trial since Jan. 6, 2014. The term will be served concurrently with a sentence imposed by Springfield District Court for a prior offense.
