William J. Granfield, 38, of 22 Fred Jackson Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and ordered to pay court costs of $200. He was found to be responsible for a state highway traffic violation.
Gina K. Rabtor, 45, of 9 Cleveland Ave., saw charges of larceny of a firearm and possession of a firearm without a FID card brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Keith D. Ashwell, 57, of 33 McKnight St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to time served (84 days) awaiting trial. He was assessed $90.
Robert J. Wensley, 37, of 3 Lathrop Ave., was released on $250 cash bail pending an April 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and a charge of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Shannon R. Pepin, 23, of 406 Holyoke Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $1,315.48 in restitution.
Larry S. Hogan, 56, of 95 Prospect Street Extension, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the named victim asserted her Fight Amendment privilege and refused to testify.
