Kirk A. Reynolds, 26, of 83 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and trespass with a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police. In a second case also brought by Southwick police, Reynolds was again released on his personal recognizance pending a May 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250.
Kevin T. Reynolds, 26, of 83 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police.
Luc R. Labarre, 24, of 33 Elm St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of burning personal property was not prosecuted.
Elisa Acevedo, 35, of 74 Notre Dame St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
David Munoz, 33, of 155 Main St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Hector L. Martinez, 23, of 15 Clinton Ave., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of $200 in court costs.
Derek J. McDougall, 24, of 27 Greenwood St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of $150 in court costs.
Maria Garcia, 21, of 50 Southampton Road, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Barbara S. Pomeroy, 51, of 92 Pheasant Hill Drive, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50.
Nelmarie Aponte, 28, of 126 Union St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 14 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by false pretenses and identity fraud brought by Westfield police.
Frank Roman, 51, of 120 Center St., Springfield, saw a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs.
Nathan P. Croke, 18, of 31 Homestead Ave., Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 2 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of vandalizing property, breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by State Police.
John M. Duval, 28, of 59 Kingsley St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of a credit card, larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme and improper use of a credit card valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $201.45. In second case also brought by Westfield police, and with an address of 342 Southwick Road, Duval pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery and was placed on probation for one year. In the same case he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and single charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness and the charges were again continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90.
Brian M. Benoit, 34, of 195 Woodland Way, Russell, pleaded guilty to a charge of motor vehicular homicide by negligent operation and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
