Korey S. Bailey, 26, of 145 Davidson Road, Boxboro, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76 and her license was suspended for 45 days. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and improper operation of a motor vehicle were not prosecuted.
John T. Tierney, 21, of 2 Leland Road, Natick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a motor vehicle lights violation brought by Westfield State University police.
Melvin J. Rivera, 22, of 15 Queensburg Drive, Springfield, saw a charge of trespass brought by Westfield State University police not prosecuted.
Lyndsey Theroux, 26, of 28 Charbonneau Terace, Chicopee, was released on her personal recognizance pending a 15 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 from a person older than 60 years-of-age or disabled brought by Westfield police.
Jordan K. Wright, 24, of 22 Richelieu St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Scott Taylor, 31, of 49 Knox St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to serve the 12 days he has been held awaiting trial.
Eric A. Berrios, 20, of 79 Berkshire Drive, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Hollie L. Rys, 24, of 60 Monson Road, Brimfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official brought by Southwick police.
John A. Serra, 43, of 13 Wood St., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the named victim when she asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Chanze C. Facey, 26, of 5 South Longyard Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Caterina Miacola, 25, of 22 Little River Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
Todd J. Chamberlin, 40, of 12 Great Brook Drive, Southwick, was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and was assessed $500. A charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Kyle A. Philleson, 30, of 14 Holland Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50
Tyler G. Lyttle, 22, of 140 Russell Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and he was sentenced to a 127 day term in the house of correction. He was assessed $50. In a second case brought by Southwick police, Lyttle pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and was sentenced to a concurrent 127 day term. He was assessed $90.
Weston R. Hewins, 22, of 20 Woronoco Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
