William A. MacDonald, 21, of 712 Willow St., South Yarmouth, was found to be responsible for a municipal ordinance violation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100.
Troy D. Moffat, 19, of 58 Wall St., Middleboro, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Desray B. King, 20, of 7 Jefferson St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the named victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify..
Wanda I. Montanez, 42, of 232 East St., Springfield, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police not prosecuted.
Kirk L. Kummings, 45, of 12 Belmont St., Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class A drug brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws was not prosecuted.
Terrence D. Stuckey-Leak, 29, of 126 Union St., saw charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the named victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Timothy M. Mahoney, 34, of 37 Miller St., was released on $1,000 personal surety a July 1 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of improper use of a credit card and charges of larceny of a credit card and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
John J. Beltrandi IV, 36, of 190 Pontoosic Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for nine months. He was assessed $50.
