Edwin Rolon-Gomez, 54, of 26 Cumberland St., Springfield, was released on his own recognizance pending an August 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of failing to stop/yield, marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Christopher D. Reed, 47, of 360 Dickinson Hill Road, Russell, received one year probation, a 45-day loss of license, $990 fine and ordered to receive driver alcohol education after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding while charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation were dismissed for plea purposes brought by Westfield police.
Charles F. York, Jr., 35, of 14 Lindbergh Blvd., had charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
Christopher Cruz, 42, of 13 Denette, Chicopee, was arraigned and indicted in Superior Court for charges of home invasion and attempt to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Steven Norden, 58, of 106 Reservoir Apt. Road, Barkhamsted, Connecticut, received one year probation, a 45-day loss of license, $990 fine and ordered to receive driver alcohol education after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding while charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle were dismissed for plea purposes brought by Southwick police.
Seth M. Benoit, 24, of 47A Taylor Ave., was ordered to pay $250 after pleading guilty of disturbing the peace with charges of resisting arrest brought by Westfield police dismissed.
