David Candella, 29, of 55 School Street, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by State Police Russell, dismissed at arraignment.
Erik Fox, 51, of 1 Allen Road Ext., Billerica, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police.
Laura Fox, 33, of 145 Riviera Drive, Agawam, was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, brought by State Police Russell.
Jose Vargas, 50, of 44 Mechanic St., 2nd, was held in lieu of $1,000 personal surety pending an August 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny from a building, brought by Westfield police.
Adam J. McAvoy, 30, of 6 Franklin St., Lee, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 31 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Jack M. Lehan, 20, of 225 Roosevelt Road, Weymouth, received six months probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, and received a 60-day loss of license, after pleading guilty to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, was found not responsible for marked lanes violation and had charges of operating of motor vehicles while under the influence of alcohol, brought by Westfield State University police, dismissed.
